Working around occupied floors
Live offices cannot absorb daytime installation noise and disruption. We plan shifts around the building's access hours, work in defined zones, and leave each area clean, powered and usable before staff return.
Access, security and building management
Out-of-hours works depend on paperwork and coordination. We handle inductions, permits, RAMS, lift bookings and security sign-in with building management so the shift starts on time.
Weekend programmes ready for Monday
Most reconfiguration and churn work we support runs Friday evening through the weekend. Set-out, installation, cable management, snagging and cleaning are all completed before Monday occupation.

Out-of-hours shifts are priced to reflect the hours worked, and we confirm rates in writing before mobilising. In most cases the programme saving outweighs the shift premium.
Can you work in a building with restricted access hours?
Yes. We work to the building's permitted hours, goods lift bookings and security procedures, and provide all documentation building management requires.
Will the floor be usable the next morning?
Yes. Every shift ends with packaging removed, product adjusted and the area cleaned so staff can use the space at start of business.
